The Cybersecurity Mentorship and Training Program is built for people who are serious about the field and tired of advice that stops at 'get a certification'.
There is no shortage of cybersecurity content. What is missing, for most people trying to break in, is someone who can look at their specific situation and say what to do next, and then check whether they did it.
CMTP runs through Show Up Show Out Security. The premise is straightforward: pair people with guidance, give them real work to do, and hold them to it. That combination is what actually moves someone from interested to employed.
